We are looking for a skilled and self-driven senior consultant who can take responsibility for complex solutions within device management and security. You will play a central role in advising customers, designing solutions, and implementing technologies that ensure modern and secure workplaces.

Your primary responsibilities

• Advising and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Intune and Defender for Endpoint/Identity/Cloud Apps

• Developing and maintaining automation scripts in PowerShell

• Collaborating with customers and internal teams on technical solutions and roadmaps

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining security protocols and best practices in Microsoft 365 environments

• Conducting security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing remediation plans

• Staying updated on the latest features, updates, and trends in Microsoft 365 security

• Documenting and reporting on security strategies, implementations, and performance measurements

• Training and guiding customer teams in Microsoft 365 security practices
  

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Defender for Endpoint/Identity/Cloud Apps

• Expert in PowerShell and experienced in automating complex tasks

• Experience with or interest in KQL and Microsoft Graph API

• Preferably 2-5 years of experience from the IT consulting industry with a focus on Microsoft 365 and security

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 security features, including but not limited to Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Zero Trust architecture, and Security Score

• Knowledge of compliance tools such as Microsoft Purview

• Strong understanding of general cybersecurity principles and best practices

• Experience in implementing and operating Microsoft 365 security solutions for different types of customers

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience with compliance and security

• Have worked on large deployments and migrations

• Hold relevant Microsoft certification (e.g., SC-300, MD-102, MS-200)

• Have experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot

• Have strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
