Senior Data Consultant
Location: Any twoday office (Helsinki, Tampere, Hyvinkää, Turku, Jyväskylä, Oulu, Lappeenranta) with flexible remote working opportunities.
Salary range: Base salary ranges from 4500 - 7000€ + additional bonus based on your customer invoicing.

In this role, you will design modern data architectures, lead and guide delivery work, tackle complex business challenges and confidently get hands‑on when needed.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Data Consultant, you have a versatile role where you
blend technical expertise with strong industry understanding
apply a consulting mindset to guide customers toward impactful data solutions
design and implement modern data architectures that support scalable, high‑quality analytics
lead delivery, open new projects and ensure successful execution of data initiatives
help customers solve complex business challenges across domains such as finance, manufacturing, retail, and the public sector
bridge the gap between business needs and technological possibilities
Who are you working with:
Your role is based in twoday Finland’s Data & AI business unit with approximately 200 employees in versatile roles related to modern data & analytics.
Your colleagues & stakeholders:
You’ll belong to a customer team, which is your home base and team with whom you spend most of your working time
You’ll belong to at least one technology practice. Technology practices are communities of professionals with similar backgrounds focused on competence and offering development
You’ll have your own People Lead supporting your professional growth, career development, and wellbeing
You’ll work closely with customers, mainly Finland’s largest enterprises in both private and public sectors in all major industries.
Key Skills in this Role:
Proven experience leading data projects and delivery, ensuring smooth execution of data initiatives from design to implementation.
Strong technical expertise in technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric and dbt, with the ability to design and implement modern data architectures that support scalable, high‑quality business scenarios.
Solid industry knowledge in one or more relevant domains, such as finance, manufacturing, retail, or the public sector
A consulting mindset with the ability to guide customers toward impactful, value‑driven decisions and ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable and practical data solutions
Ability to bridge business and technology, working fluently with both stakeholders and technical teams to create clarity and momentum.
Language skills: Many of our current customer engagements require Finnish, though we also run projects where the working language is English.
