Developer – Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
Developer – Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
Build business applications that users and customers can rely on.
We are looking for a developer to implement Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for our customers’ sales, customer service, and field service needs. The work combines Dataverse, application extensions, integrations, and high-quality software development. Copilot capabilities, platform agents, and Copilot Studio are part of an evolving toolkit, but they do not replace a solid application and data foundation.
What will you get to work on?
You implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform extensions together with Functional Consultants and architects. Depending on the need, you choose between standard functionality, low-code implementation, and custom code.
You develop Dataverse solutions, model-driven applications, automations, and the necessary user interface components. For example, you implement business logic using plugins, APIs, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
You build connections between CRM, ERP, and other systems using Azure services and APIs. You take care of data ownership, validation, error handling, and integration monitoring.
You participate in the implementation and rehearsal of migrations. You ensure that data loads are repeatable and that reconciliation and exceptions are handled appropriately.
When needed, you connect Copilot Studio or platform agents to business functions while ensuring that access rights, approvals, and traceability of actions are maintained.
You take care of testing, version control, solution packages, environments, and deployment pipelines. You build maintainable, high-performing solutions that can withstand platform updates.
What do we expect from you?
Hands-on experience in programmatic development with Dynamics 365 CE or Dataverse and an understanding of the Power Platform solution model.
Skills in C#/.NET development and JavaScript or TypeScript, as well as API integrations. You have a strong area of expertise and are motivated to broaden your skills.
An understanding of the Dataverse data model, security and access rights, and extension mechanisms, as well as practices related to version control, testing, and controlled deployment.
A solution-oriented and collaborative mindset. You are able to discuss implementation choices from a business perspective as well, in both Finnish and English.
What kind of expertise will help you succeed?
We value experience with technologies such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate, PCF components, Azure DevOps, or GitHub deployment pipelines. Knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service processes helps you understand why a solution is being built. You are not expected to master every area.
AI complements platform development, including the way you work
You want to learn how to use the built-in Copilot capabilities and agents in Dynamics 365 and how to build use cases with Copilot Studio that connect to the customer’s real workflows. You recognise when a standard platform capability is sufficient and when a custom extension or integration is needed.
An update made through an agent must not bypass the same business rules and access rights that apply to the rest of the application. You ensure a reliable data foundation, define the boundaries of permitted actions, and test failure scenarios as well. Feature availability, licensing, and maintainability are part of the implementation decision.
You use GitHub Copilot or another approved tool, for example, to support the preparation of code, tests, and documentation. You work from clear requirements and acceptance criteria, review generated changes, and remain responsible for their quality.
What does this role offer you?
You will build complete user journeys where CRM, integrations, and automation support the customer’s everyday work. You can deepen your platform expertise while developing your skills in implementing agentic solutions. You will work in a team where functional design and technical implementation go hand in hand.
