Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Are you passionate about connecting great tech talent with the right opportunities, partnering with business leaders and making Talent Acquisition work smarter?
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join Twoday's People & Culture team in Finland. You'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, within our varying business units, while also contributing to local and global Talent Acquisition development initiatives.
This is a fixed-term maternity leave replacement, starting as soon as possible or as agreed, with an estimated end date in January 2028. The role is hybrid, with a preference for working from our Helsinki Rautatalo office approximately three days per week.
What you will do
Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from understanding hiring needs and planning recruitment strategies to sourcing and interviewing.
Partner with business unit leaders and hiring managers, translating business and competence needs into practical recruitment activities.
Proactively identify and engage tech talent, particularly within software development, data engineering, analytics, AI and related technologies.
Act as a trusted recruitment advisor, providing market insights, recruitment data and guidance on hiring decisions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience, with professional and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
Contribute to local and global TA initiatives, including improving recruitment processes, tools, reporting, sourcing practices and employer branding.
Collaborate with our Nordic and Lithuanian TA community, sharing knowledge and developing common ways of working.
The business areas we work with are data & AI, cloud platforms & security, business applications (Microsoft & Salesforce), custom software development, and our own product development.

Who we are looking for
At Twoday, our work in Talent Acquisition is grounded in three values: heart, drive and adapt.
Heart – collaboration at the center
You enjoy building relationships with hiring managers, candidates and colleagues. You listen, understand business needs and know how to work together towards practical solutions. Our Finnish TA team is small, but we're part of a wider Nordic and Lithuanian community where collaboration and knowledge-sharing are essential.
Drive – taking ownership and making things happen
You're proactive, organized and comfortable managing recruitment processes independently. You know how to find and engage talent beyond incoming applications, use recruitment data to guide decisions and challenge hiring expectations when needed. You also enjoy improving how things are done.
Adapt – learning and evolving together
Technology, talent markets and recruitment practices are constantly changing. You're curious about new tools, AI and ways of working, and willing to experiment and share what you learn. You're comfortable balancing operational recruitment with development initiatives and adjusting priorities when needed.
What we're looking for
Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within technology or IT consulting.
Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising them throughout recruitment processes.
Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.
Understanding of technology recruitment.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and changing priorities independently.
Interest in developing recruitment practices, tools and ways of working.
Fluent Finnish and English.
We value practical experience, curiosity and the ability to learn.
What do we offer at Twoday?
You'll join a collaborative People & Culture team with a flat structure, flexibility and opportunities to influence how we work.
Our benefits include:
Lunch, culture, sport and wellness benefits.
Comprehensive occupational healthcare.
Flexible hybrid work and a choose-your-work-equipment policy.
Learning opportunities through Udemy, training and international knowledge-sharing.
Company events and hobby clubs.
